My Dad bought a new 1965 Impala with a 327 power glide Evening Orchid with black interior. It was so beautiful.

Is the convertible manual or power?

This car's styling was ahead of its time in 1970. Mopar was just getting around to mimicking the first generation Camaro in '70 with the Cuda - which leaned heavily on its styling from the first gen Camaro. While Ford's Mustang in '70 was following its trend to increase overall size of the Mustang, which started in '67 and by 1973 it was so huge that Ford had to reinvent it with the Mustang 2 - nuff said on that car. Yep the 70 Camaro was good and mimicked cars like Ferrari more so than anything on this side of the Atlantic. I still prefer the 67 or 68 Camaro over the 70, but it's so close as to almost be a tie. Chevy really had things going in 1970, perhaps their best year ever. Thanks Kevin for video and its subject, the awesome 70=1/2 Z/28 - better late than never to throw in a comment and like.

I’ve seen a sunroof on a cougar, but not a mustang.

I personally liked the '70 Boss 429 Mustang better. I had a '70 fastback Mustang but it had the 5.0(4.9) liter engine. It originally came with the 2 barrel carburator but I changed it and the engine running a double pumper 700cfm Holley carburetor. I loved that car.

I was fortunate to work and drive a 1969 Hurst Olds. I was an Oldsmobile mechanic for Linda Oldsmobile in the Bronx at that time. Memories....⚙

Is the build sheet in the video the real build sheet? Cause if so, there are multiple things that are different the what the car is. Build sheet says; vinyl top, also says Ivory interior and 4 speed trans…

Just guesstimating your age … what did u see that you thought was cool in high school …??! I bet it wasn’t anything minitubbed ! Cause it wasn’t anything a high school kid would’ve ever noticed but that stance with the wide tires sticking out was something you would notice and it had a huge impact or you wouldn’t have ever developed the love of these cars and do what I’m so very thankful that you do ! Chevrolet Camaro

I am 72 years old and when I was 16 or 17 I worked at a Ford dealership and I saw one of those covered jet Torino's and they were jacking the motor up and I asked the Service manager what they were doing he said they had to take the motor mounts and loosen them in order to change the spark plugs. If anybody knows for sure I'd like to know
